Jasmin, we've noticed a change in your behavior lately. This will not be accepted.
You were given the policies on arrival - you should be following them.
You've raised a lot of concerns with the rest of the members and frankly I'm not sure what kind of action to take.
I think if this relationship is going to continue, you need to come down and see me immediately.
Don't bring anything that'll lead you back to us. We're gonna be going over everything again.
Also, I'm glad you're liking the control room job.
